Important Information

To make it safer for you and your child at Pre-School we are introducing a one-way system for entering and leaving the hall. Please enter by the double doors facing you on the left as you come in and leave by the opposite doors on the left as you go out.

Leaving Your Child

On entering the hall your child’s name will be on a notice board under the window near the double doors. Please help them find their name and take it into the hall and put it onto the board in the book area.

Settle your child at a play activity—until your child is settled in the group they may prefer to be left with their key person or another available member of staff or even one of their friends.

Any change in collection details should be given to a member of staff and entered into the diary on the table.

Please let the member of staff on the door know who you have left so that they can record your child as present on the register.

Collecting Your Child

When collecting your child please come right up to the mat where your child is sitting as they will be encouraged to stay seated until you arrive at the mat.

Any work your child has done to take home can be collected by you from the table by the doors as you go out.

We believe that this new system will make delivery and collection safer and easier for you and your children. Please follow these guidelines and let us know any comments!
