Welcome to the Committee Newsletter.

This letter is designed to keep you informed of fundraising events and areas concerning the running of the Pre-Schools the committee are currently discussing. Please feel free to contact the committee or staff if you can help in any way. The parent representatives for each pre-school are always available for further information and will happily feed ideas back to the committee. Their names are available from the pre-school staff.

Quiz Night.

Thursday 8th March 8pm, Brampton Pre-School.
Fantastic night out to help raise money for both Pre-Schools. £10 per team of 4.
Enjoy a very relaxed and fun quiz. Space limited so book a team early.

Hilltop relocating to St. Barnabus

Some of you may have heard we have been approached by St. Barnabas School to rent a classroom from them which has outdoor space. The Committee are still in discussion with the school regarding the possibility. Obviously we need to consider the best option for long term stability of the Pre-School. We will keep you informed.

Committee Members.

The Pre-Schools are run by a volunteer committee. Without this committee the Pre-Schools would have to close. From November we need new committee members to volunteer. Places up for nomination are Chairperson and Secretary. If you are interested please speak to Rose or Carole. Please remember we need a committee to run the Pre-Schools.

Raffle Prizes.

We are always in need of donations for raffle prizes if you clear out your cupboards, please remember us. The next raffle will be held at the quiz night. Donations welcome!

Photographer.

Dates to follow. The new photographer will be visiting Brampton in June. Children from Hilltop can also attend this session. In November they will be visiting both Brampton and Hilltop.

Tesco - Sports for schools vouchers.

Thank you for your donations, we had a fantastic response. New equipment is now on order.

Summer Fete.

Saturday 7th July 2007. Date for your diary!
 

Time of Sessions.

Please try to get your children on time to the sessions. It can be very disruptive for staff and children having children arrive late. If you know you are going to arrive late, please let staff know. Many thanks.
