Welcome to the Committee Newsletter.

Welcome back to the 4th term - Good news - Hilltop is now back to full staff, we hope everyone stays healthy for a while!

This term is full of fundraising, all the funds raised are spent directly on the children's toys and equipment.

Portishead Playgroups is a registered charity and we do rely on the funds raised to enable us to extend the Pre-Schools' toys and equipment. Without your valuable help our children would not have so many wonderful experiences. Please give us your support.

Quiz Night - Thursday 9th March.

Are you smart enough? Tickets are selling fast, but still available for this evening of light hearted fun. Beer, Wine and a small selection of savoury snacks are available.

If you do not have a full team please inform the Pre-School staff and I am sure there will be other people looking to fill their team.

We hope this will be a fun evening, and look forward to seeing you there.

You should receive your catalogue soon. All purchases from the catalogue help to raise money for the Pre-Schools.

Pre-School Policies.

The Committee have recently reviewed all the policies. If you would like to see the policies and have any comments about them please speak to a member of staff. The policies will be formally adopted at the next AGM

Kitchen Cupboards.

Hilltop Pre-School is looking for kitchen cupboards, if you can help please let us know !

Raffle Prizes.

We would love donations of raffle prizes for forthcoming raffles, if you have anything you think is suitable please leave it at Pre-School.

Help  !

The Pre-Schools try to keep maintenance cost to a minimum. This ensures we can spend as much as possible on toys and equipment for the children to enjoy.

If you have any skills you feel you can offer please let Rose or Carole know.

Committee Changes - Treasurer Required.

From October we will be looking for new committee members as we lose current ones due to their children moving onto school.

If you are interested in becoming a committee member please contact one of the current committee for further information

Fete - A date for your diary.

After last years success we are having another Fete.
Saturday 20th May 2006. Time to be confirmed.

Paper Shortage.

Hilltop and Brampton are desperately short of paper of any size for art work. If you know of anyone who can donate paper please let us know. The paper only needs to be clear on 1 side.
