Welcome to the Committee Newsletter.

Congratulations and welcome to Gil Luney, Sue Marshall, Ali Newth and Debbie Balson our new staff at Hilltop.

Gil and Sue are Assistant Supervisors. Gil has been with us for some time at Hilltop and has been promoted to Assistant Supervisor. Both have a wealth of experience in working with pre-school children.

Ali and Debbie are Helpers and also have lots of experience with children. I am sure you will join the Committee in wishing them every success in their new roles.

Thank you for all your support with the Easter raffles, the next 2 terms have many more events - Keep your eyes peeled for details.

Television & Video - For Sale.

Brampton has kindly been donated a television and video, which unfortunately we do not use. We would like to sell it to use the money for equipment, if anyone feels they can put these items to use and help raise money for the Pre- School please see a member of staff.

Fete.

Saturday 9th July, 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

Please send in any camera film containers, with lids you have spare for a game, we are also looking for a jar for guess the number of sweets, and anything else you think we can put to use. More details on the fete next newsletter.

Logo Competition.

Thank you for all the fantastic entries, it is hoped one of the trustees will judge the competition. Once the winning logo is selected, the playgroups are looking to inform the local newspapers to get coverage for the winner. It is then hoped the logo will be used on all documentation for the playgroup and the staff's uniforms. Look out for the new logo!

In-Service Day.

Carnival - Saturday 11th June.

As always we hope to have a site on the carnival field to fund raise. We are looking for donations of books and sweets to sell on the day. Please send any offers in nearer the time. Thank you.

Committee Members Required.

For our next AGM on November 14th, we need volunteers for the Management Committee. We are looking for a Vice Chairperson and a Secretary. These positions need to be filled to enable the Pre-Schools to continue. Please see a member of staff for more details.
