1. Welcome.

  • Sally welcomed everyone to the meeting.
 
 

2. Agree and sign minutes from last meeting.

  • The AGM minutes were signed and agreed.
 
 

3. Matters arising from last meeting.

  • Burglar Alarm: Still causing problems at Brampton. Sally to pursue this week.

4. Chair's Report.

  • Appraisals: These are due again, dates to be booked.
 
  • Documentation: The documentation between the two sites is to be brought in line - Sally to liaise with Rose and Carole.

  • St. Barnabus: Sally explained the offering especially to Parent Reps. Some concerns and negotiations still in progress.
 
  • Quiz Night: In the course of being arranged for 8 March 2007, £10 a ticket, wine £5 per bottle, maximum 10 teams.

 
  • Fete: Booked for 7 July 2007, same format as previous years, Trio booked again, freezer booked. 

 
  • Storage: Letters written to Ikea asking for help with storage solutions, also to Homebase and Travis Perkins.

 
  • Night Out: Was to be 8th February 2007 – bowling night at Cribbs Causeway – lanes to be booked.  This is now being rearranged for after Easter.

 
  • Term Dates: Spring 2008 – term 3 and 4 dates still in negotiation.

 
  • In-Service Days: Can be arranged if staff needed but financial implications will impact.

 
  • Photographer: Brampton only 8 June,  joint session to be arranged for Wednesday 7 November also after school times to be arranged. 

 
 

5. Treasurer's Report.

  • Over £5k in red this time last year, £25 in red at present.

 
  • Victorian Evening - £100 made.

 
  • Photographer - £200.

 
  • Webb Ivory - £170 – thank you to Nola Shanks.

 
  • Yellow Moon - £18

  • Toilets knocked down outside.

  • Invitation book to be out later this month. 

 
  • Tesco vouchers – 2,500 already received.  Items ordered and awaiting receipt at Brampton.

 
 

11. Next Meeting.

  • Next committee meeting will be held at Brampton on Monday 5th March.
